Choose a monthly or yearly plan. Monthly plans give you a fresh batch of credits each month. Yearly plans give you all credits upfront — use them freely anytime during your 12-month subscription. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
On monthly plans, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. On yearly plans, all credits are available for the full 12 months, giving you more flexibility to use them at your own pace.
Every plan includes one custom branded template set up during onboarding. Growth plans include 1 template update per year, and Pro plans include 3 template updates per year. A template update can be a design refresh, new layout, or an additional template variant.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your billing portal. When upgrading, changes take effect immediately.

All payments are securely processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing, invoices, taxes, and compliance on our behalf, so you always get a proper invoice and your payment data is never stored on our servers.
Creem is a Merchant of Record (MoR) platform that manages all payment processing, tax calculation, and regulatory compliance for our subscriptions. When you subscribe, Creem acts as the official seller — handling VAT/sales tax, invoicing, and refunds. This means you always receive a fully compliant invoice, and your payment details are handled securely by Creem's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Absolutely. Creem automatically generates a proper invoice for every payment. You can access your invoices and manage your billing details anytime through the customer billing portal, which you can open from the Usage & Billing section in your account settings.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. After cancellation, you keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period. No new credits will be added after that.
CV Blinder accepts resumes in PDF (including flattened PDFs), DOCX, JPEG, and PNG formats. Regardless of the input, the output is always a polished, branded profile — available as DOCX or PDF.
Yes. CV Blinder is fully compliant with GDPR. All data storage and processing take place within the European Union, following the highest standards of privacy and security. Original CVs are deleted within seconds after conversion.
Yes, credits are shared across your entire team. One credit equals one conversion, and once a CV is converted you can edit it and download it multiple times without using additional credits.
